We are currently seeking a full-time concrete scheduler working Monday – Friday with a rotating Saturday roster.
As a concrete scheduler within the administration team, the successful candidate will possess the following skills;
- High level of computer literacy
- Efficiently and accurately scheduling daily jobs (data entry) and re-scheduling existing / on-going jobs (via phone and email)
- Working as part of a small team, answering continuous influx of phone calls from clients and builders
- Knowledge of the greater Melbourne Metro area
- Willingness to work with others
